Ok I’ll tell the truth!!!!!
Ok so I ordered the shirt it’s white. My daughter CW-3 chief warrant officer 3 was retiring weekend past from the U.S.Army after 21years of faithful service to our nation and country, and I have several suits in my closet and I went to try them on and uh-oh they didn’t fit.Let me elaborate explain I had a accident I was hurt at work I had a neck injury I have a bulging disc and I had a fractured wrist so I’ve been on light duty for almost a year so not able to be physically active I’ve blown up and gained weight my back hurts if I walk from the bed room to the kitchen.anyway I wore a suit leaving the vest and jacket just flopping in the wind open and everything but when pictures came up I sucked it in and held my breath. So today I get the shirt I’m looking forward to see the results I see on the website and ugggghhhhh I’m so disappointed I know it’s about selling the items or idea the look but surprisingly I tried on the same vest and it was still snug but I didn’t have to suck in my belly gut .So I’m going to order a smaller 1 and see what results I get.So you can’t go from being a beer belly to being the rock and anybody thinking or saying different is lying but it does make a difference truthfully. I apologize for the long post because I hate these but I think it’s a good product so far and I wanted to give back ground and the truth. I may add a new update later on.

One year later...
I want to clarify, this might be the only compression garment I've ever worn. I don't remember ever owning something like this before. I am 320 lbs 5'8" with relatively muscular non-fatty arms and legs, but a lot of fat in the torso area, big belly and back with no moobs. I purchased the beige tank-top in 3XL-4XL size. This item was ribbed, contoured, and very long. Another reviewer mentioned getting beige and black together, and the beige lacking those features, but that was not my experience with the beige.I first ordered this item on May 20, 2021. When I received it, I thought it was much too small for me. The first time I tried to put it on I pulled a muscle. But after taking my time and figuring out how to kinda roll it onto my body while squeezing my body into it, I became extremely satisfied. It feels -very- tight to me yet surprisingly comfortable once it is positioned appropriately onto my body. It makes me less of a tub of fat, and more like a ball of fat. I highly recommend it based on my experience, although I've only worn it maybe 20 times in the past year.Writing this review one year later, I am 3 days post-op from having a laparoscopic abdominal surgery. I have five bruised wounds on my stomach/abdomen area and walking is extremely painful with the Jello-like jiggling of my stomach across the surgical wounds. But walking is instructed. I put on this same beige 3XL/4XL compression tank top and it takes the pain and the jiggle away when I walk. I can walk faster and longer while wearing this after surgery. So yeah this material is spandex, it is VERY small and has an incredible amount of stretch to it. The ribbing is strategically placed to add extra pressure in problem areas to contour your body. It was painful learning to put this thing on, but once I got the hang of it, it's comfortable and effective.

FOR POST SURGERY FEMALES / TRANS MEN
Cis female here, ordered for post hysterectomy. For that purpose, it’s well suited. It’s the right amount of support, long enough to cover lower abdominal surgical incisions (and I have a long torso) and is supportive and shapely enough to wear without a bra (40DD over here, so there’s that). I do recommend sizing up more than one size. I usually wear an XL in tops (5’5”, 215lbs, huge boobs, small waist) ordered the XL/XXL, and it’s too small. Just FYI. I could also see wearing this post recovery, under my clothes as a top spanx type garment and it working well, especially since it does a great job of lifting the boobs without squashing or projecting them out of the armpits like extra appendages. For me, it does not roll, or create painful tension at the bottom where the fabric ends.Trans men- if you’re looking only for a binder, this is **probably not the product for you. The chest fabric is much stretchier than the torso fabric, and that line of demarcation at the boobs gives lift. It does not bind the breasts at all. **if you have smaller breasts and/or are ok with binding underneath, (or if you’re one who likes to wear this type of product for comfort) then it may work well… Also, if you’re looking more for torso definition than chest binding, it’ll probably work well to shape a thicker, feminine torso into a more masculine appearance/shape. I’m very overweight but have the typical hourglass- big boobs, tiny waist, big hips, and this comfortably squashes everything into a much more linear torso. (Tested pre surgery with my usual body shape). When I tested it post surgery with a belly full of surgical insufflation gas (apple torso shape) it was less effective for that linear torso definition, but that could also be because with the more apple shaped torso, I was already kind of linear, and so was expecting the shirt to make me more six-pack, less apple-y LOL and it definitely did not do that. So, for hourglass figure, it seems VERY effective at creating a more linear torso. For apple shape, it was less effective, but still good. Hope this helps.
