Overall I was very impressed with the quality and power of this engine. This is the second two-cycle bicycle motor that I have installed in the past year. The previous one was a 49cc motor but it just didn't have the kind of power I needed to climb hills in this part of Tennessee. So this time I opted for the 80cc motor and I wasn't sorry.. this thing has power to spare however, within about 2 weeks of mounting this motor one of the studs for the motor mounts broke. It sheared off right at the motor casing. Within a couple more days a second stud for the motor mounts on the front side broke. Same thing it sheared off right at the case. So now this motor has become unusable because with only two studs one on the front and one on the back all I can do is tighten one nut over the clamp on each mount and that leaves the motor loosely installed which allows it to twist and vibrate excessively. The problem is the size of the studs. I do not know the exact diameter of the stud or threads per inch however the 49cc motor that I had previously installed has studs twice as big in diameter as this 80cc motor. So basically the studs were severely undersized for the amount of power that this motor has. So overall my experience with this product is it was great for the roughly two weeks that it lasted until the motor vibrated the mounting studs apart. I suppose this may be a case of how the mounting studs were engineered, they were either over sized in the 49cc motor or severely undersized in this 80cc motor on this product. I wish I could give this a five-star review but I am now changing it to 4 star and here's why: after my review, the company contacted me and said "what would make it better?" I said two new motor mount studs, an ez out bolt/stud remover, basically everything to take out the broken studs, resize the stud holes, and install larger mounting studs. Within 3 days, the company contacted me and said "ok, find that stuff one Amazon and see how much it is. I did, then told them... They then proceeded to refund that amount of cash onto my card so I could buy the items to Fix it.Very cool.... Would recommend .

The bike works great! Everything went together well and there was no problem installing it. The only problem I have with it, is the clutch. The bucking bar wears down super fast, clutch cable will Frey, and the clutch lever doesn’t always lock well. I would advise getting a new clutch lever if you want to ride it a lot. Another downside is the philips hardware. They strip easily and it can be annoying. But overall, it’s a great kit and I would recommend it!

Product was built to a price point, i had 1 bolt snap on me white tightening (it was not overly tightened) and the U bolt for the motor mount stripped.

What a piece of junk.first it came with missions parts but extra of other parts (not needed parts) and all the pieces are made out of paper.you can't hand turn a screw without stripping it.and all the pieces already put together came so over tightend I can't undo them.the drive gear is so tight I can't turn the magnet.it just strips gear on gear and there's nothing I can do because somehow on a new motor kit the tool came stripped to.fuuuuudge....me I just can't deal with this junk.

It is a good price and seems okay. Instructions are not very easy to read and they direct to you to search for a YouTube video for installation, but this seems a little different from other videos. Needs an installation video for THIS SPECIFIC product. Maybe will update my review after I get it installed correctly.

Arrived early, all parts were in box as described. We are so impressed with how much power this little motor has. We will be purchasing more. Thisisa great setup.

I have been installing these kits for over 15 years and find this brand to be one of the best.The grips and exhaust are chrome. Looks great on my bikes.The motor is well build and last a long time with little maintenance.I highly recommend this kit. Also great costumer service.

Kit came fast. It's been a slower process for me to assemble as this is my first bike upgrade. But all parts came perfectly intact and instructions are easy to decipher.
