This tape is amazing! I'm a mom of 3 so as you'd expect I've got the saggy mom boobs. I absolutely hate strapless bras, they never work properly, so I needed a solution. I've tried other boob tapes, and those sticky flower things but they never turned out right, my tatas would always look like rolled up tortillas 😂 This tape works magic, it adheres to the skin wonderfully, super comfortable, and painlessly comes off. Just lift and shape with the tape and your good to go! 100% recommend ☺️

I have tried a few different brands and this one is my favorite. Works just as well, if not better than brand name KT Tape and was cheaper! I have sensitive skin and sometimes tape like this makes me break out in a small rash, but so far this has not! Will purchase again once I run out.

I like the quality of the tape. But, its all tape and backing. So to try and separate the two when you have bad hands to begin with made it very difficult.

After hurting my shoulder in high school, I have dealt with the discomfort. As I have gotten older, it has become less tolerable. I ice, heat, stretch, bought a special pillow, got massages, etc.-nothing seemed to offer enough relief. This was cheap, so I thought I would try it. The tape has seemed to take some of the "pressure" off! Obviously, this isn't a miracle treatment, and won't fix you like surgery, or put you in your original health, but I found a lot of relief. It also stays on rather well.

This is a mixed review. For my son who tried this on his back for only a 24 hour period, it created painful blisters and red marks. I use this same tape on my feet and have no issues. It holds up well and doesn't irritate my skin as long as I remove it after about 24 hours and give my skin a chance to breath, wash, before using again. I would recommend a small test piece of tape before. The adhesion seems to be very strong, but cause issues with sensitive skin.

I bought this tape to help cushion my nose from the respirator I have to wear at work. I know this is not the original intent of this product, but it is really helping to reduce the pressure injury and damage to my nose. Tape sticks on my face - which gets pretty sweaty at work - all day, and does not start to peel for the full 12 hours. Easily removes from the delicate skin of my face and does not irritate it at all. Would purchase again if needed!

Tape went on as expected. By the end of the first day I had a little irritation but by the end of the second day I had serious discomfort under the tape so I took it off and had open sores on my skin due to a reaction to the adhesive on the tape. I have never been skin sensitive to anything in the past so this was a big Suprise and disappointment because it did give me the support I need to my injury. Trying another brand now.

Terrible. I rarely write reviews but this was so bad I felt compelled. I tried this less expensive version of K-tape to save some money. It did not adhere during exercise for more than 5 min. It would start to peel off on the ends and end up flopping around while try to workout If the tape was placed over an area that did not flex or bend It would some times stay put. Buy the brand name KT tape. THAT is worth ever penny.

Bought this tape not for the usual use of strapping up muscles, but to secure my diabetic daughters blood glucose CGM.The tape has a good level of elasticity, so works well to secure her Dexcom CGM throughout the day. The tape stays in place no matter what this boisterous 10 year old does and we can usually get about 2 full days before needing to change it out.It is a little thinner than other leading brands, but that does make it easier to cut and shape for our needs. The pink camo design looks great and she loves how it stops her cgm looking like an odd medical device and something far better.While I can't comment on its use for exercise or physio, for holding a CGM in place it is perfect and the choice of colours and designs beats the leading brands.

I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE ! I used this tape on my breast/chest area to hold my boobs whilst wearing a cleavage revealing plunge neck outfit after reading a couple reviews from other ladies that did the same. DO NOT USE IT FOR THIS! After the event, I got in the shower and attempted to remove the tape with warm water and soap as suggested. The tape would not budge. I had to pull the tape off and it took a layer of my skin with it. It was extremely painful. The next few days I was unable to wear a bra, and had to keep reapplying sudocream. I am now left with swirly shaped scars (the sticky side is patterned) going from my collar bone, across the outer edge of my breast and to underneath my breasts on my abdomen. I’m chucking this tape out and I will never even think of attempting this again, ladies don’t risk it, not worth the pain or scaring!!!!!

I've recently repurchased this tape after running out of my first lot, because it's the best I've ever used. It's one of the only tapes I've tried that stays on even when it gets wet – very useful when you're a swimmer like me. I did some cartilage damage when running which only started getting better once I started using this stuff. I've had other kinds of tape that fall off as soon as you hit the shower, but this will last for DAYS (even in the pool) – I end up pulling it off and putting new stuff on, it's that reliable. The colour is great, it's the right kind of stretchiness, and it has useful measuring guidelines so you cut the right amount each time. The instructions that came with it are helpful too, though you probably want to check with someone who knows what they're doing about getting the right kind of application the first time. Don't bother with the expensive stuff – this kind is the bomb. It's the only tape I'll ever use from now on.

I purchased the tape as about to go on holiday but had strained my ankle a couple of weeks earlier. I didn’t want to wear a bulky ankle support and this was perfect. It’s easy to wear with footwear and the beige colour was just what I wanted. What really ranked it above other tapes is the fact you can swim or shower and it stays as good as when it was applied and can easily stay on a few days. However, it is very important to follow instructions as making sure you ‘anchor’ each end properly and not stretching that part otherwise it can peel back. Excellent product thoroughly recommend

I love this tape. Almost a year ago I had bunion and calf operations. The calf problem is fixed, but after months I still wasn’t walking without pain. So, to a podiatrist who has diagnosed incorrect gait from years of walking with these problems, and ‘favouring’ the foot since the operation. While we’re waiting for the orthotic which will help correct this, she strapped up my foot with kinesiology tape. I could not believe the difference and immediately ordered some. I was already wearing an orthotic from Amazon (which wasn’t helping much, hence the visit to the podiatrist) but now with the tape I can stride out at a normal pace.
