ASURION 2 Year Mobile Phone Accident Protection Plan ($800 - $899.99)

I filed a claim for my Asus ROG 3 phone for a broken screen and back glass. I have to keep calling to get updates because they have not contacted me. When I do get a hold of a person(usually after 30-45 minutes waiting) I was told my phone was not repairable and they were just going to reimburse me what I paid and I should have received an email. No email. I also asked if I could have the phone back because I will just repair it myself they said they had already disposed of it. There goes that sim card. I have left voicemails asking for the to call me back the little robo person said I will receive a response in 24 hours. I am unbelievably mad at this company. And I will not be insuring anything through them again.

asurion has done nothing but give me the run around for a month trying to get my reimbursement. do not waste your money on their "protection plans"

I like the fact that if I change my mind within the given time to cancel, I get a full refund without any hassle. The reason I cancelled asurion was because I returned the item that was intended for.

Just bought this for my latest phone. Have used this company before and have never had any problems getting my issues resolved. So I'm using them again.

The plan is clear and straight forward. Offers a peace of mind when it comes to taking care of our phones. I have had Asurion coverage in the past with other electronic items. The call representative I spoke with was helpful and took care of my issue without any run-around.

Was a fair price hoping in don't have to use it tho haha

Simple and easy. Happy to have the extra protection.
