They included a thank you note and an extra chain in the package. That is the type of service you only get from a family owned business that takes pride in what they do! The additional chain I actually liked more than the original one I purchased. This is a Christmas gift for my son. He is going to love it!!

Larger than expected. Probably better for a large woman or a man. But, I like it lots - will be wearing it to church tonight for the first time. Nice sturdy chain and the extra ball chain is a nice touch - especially if purchased for a man. The gift box included is very nice too.

My son had one before it broke after about two years from the part that you slide the cross through. He wouldn't let me order a different cross he wanted me to find the same one. He gets many compliments on this cross. It is heavy and the verse is beautiful.

I love the gift it has a bit of a cheap chain but over all it's really great. It looks exactly like it's supposed to a bit smaller then I thought but that's fine it still looks amazing and the cross is beautiful. I would buy this item again and I would recommend it
