When this set arrived, it was damaged. I thought, "Oh, well. They're just cosmetic issues, but the functionality will be great." I did one full project with the longer cord & US 13 needles, and I had no issues whatsoever. I just started another much smaller, cotton project with the US 9 with the smallest cord, and after only seven rows in, the cords have broken off from the connection. I felt like I purchased these for a reasonable price, so the damage was livable. But now that one of the cords has broken after hardly using them, I am quite unhappy. Disappointed to say the least, especially for the price of this set.
