I took this supplement and felt extremely focused and energized. I had no lunch crash and I powered through the day.The problem was that the energy didn’t dissipate at night. I felt very energized and my thoughts were racing. I actually initially fell asleep for a few hours but when I woke up, my thoughts were racing and I felt extremely alert. I recall still feeling alert even the next morning, after only 5 hours of sleep. I had to put a pause on it because I need better sleep. I took two pills, so maybe one or half a pill is the right balance but I will take a break before finding out.
