Orig purchased at Chiropractor's office at twice the price but returned to him unused when I saw this on Amazon. There are some less expensive ones but after reviewing all the feedback I'm satisfied this is a good balance of quality (does not loose air once inflated) and price. The actual function is extraordinary. After a few months of no relief from neck pain and tingling in my upper back an MRI showed deterioration of my disk (I'm 59 years old). This pillow helped instantly. Per doctor's instructions I started gradually to make certain I was not adding too much stress too soon. I now use this twice a day for 8 minutes. I noticed some purchasers of all of these models of pillows complain that it's too tight, etc. That means you over-inflated the pillow. This is self-regulating by the user. Don't blame the pillow. After solid use for a month I now realize I would do better keeping one pillow at my office and one at home so I will soon order a second. Another reason, if something should happen to one of these pillows I'd like to know there's one right there and I don't have to wait for deliver time.

I was hoping to buy a second one because my first one that I purchased in 2016 is no longer available on Amazon. But it works great to relieve stress in your neck. It opens up the spine and take stress off of anatomy within the spine. I really like mine & I hope to find it again soon.

I tried this exact product from another person who got it from their chiropractor. Although it's nice and works the same, it definitely is different than the one I had tried before I bought it. The "neck" area is small so someone with a larger neck will have problems keeping it on. The material is nice, but not as nice as the one I tried. I would still purchase even if I knew this ahead of time - the only reason for the 4 stars is that it won't fit on all people.

I bought this after being diagnosed with cervical disc disease. I wound up having to have surgery after all to my neck, however, this collar was very comfortable, and gave a nice stretch and did help to relieve some pain and stress on the neck. This shouldn't be used in lieu of professional help such as physical therapy or a good doctor's visit, but if you have early stage disc disease, tension in your neck, etc., this might do the job for you.

Thanks, relatively quick shipping considering the Christmas and New Years Holidays. My Chiropractor recommended the product to help reduce inflammation and help my cervical nerves return to their normal space. I really enjoy that this product comes with a ice pack that actually fits on my neck! Over the past couple of weeks I've used the traction device about a half dozen times when feeling pinching and pain.

Had it for month, no problems so far, does what it is supposed to do. Simple concept effectively produced. Helps.

seems to work as advertised but it can be pretty uncomfortable as it pushes up against the jaw and slightly suffocating around the neck but not sure any other brand would work any differently.

Very high quality, comfortable, and it has helped get rid of a nasty crock in my neck that kept me from being able to turn my head. My chiropractor put me onto it.
