Recently had rotator cuff surgery. This ice pack is perfect to use after PT or if you just need relief from pain. You can make it tight, with the attached Velcro strap, to compress on your shoulder, which really helps with the pain. It gets really cold and stays cold for a good 10 to 12 minutes.

Flexible, good ice retention, good value for the money. Fit on the arm is terrible! I ordered the larger size and it will not go over my arm. I am 5'9", 250 lbs. My arms are large but not huge. I had to cut the fabric and I will sew in a piece of stretchy fabric so that I can put it on properly.

I bought this for my wife's very painful shoulder/rotator cuff strain. Used in combination with an arm sling (also from Amazon ) it really relieved the pain for her. Well-made, sturdy and easy to use-you'll need help putting it on though. It's a one piece gel pack with built-in strap that goes in to the freezer between uses.

Great fit for a smaller shoulder, not too bulky & doesn’t take up much freezer space. Lasts about 25-30 minutes of cold therapy. This would be 5 stars except the arm band is really snug & not adjustable.
