Easy to use on the fly
I have been using the Zoom 11 for about 6 months now. It is by far the best pedalboard I have ever owned. I borrowed a Helix and absolutely hated it. Hard to use and weighed a ton, not to mention the price. I love the touch screen and the lay out of the nobs and switches. It is very easy to tweak the presets to my liking and to make adjustments on the fly at gigs when necessary. I'm not a gearhead who brings a suitcase size board to gigs. After reading other reviews I felt the need to address a couple of remarks. First, the lack of a XLR output is easily addressed with the use of a DI box. Second, the presets are very easy to adjust to my liking. Or you can make your own. This board is very versatile. I use my Zoom 11 at church and at other venues.

Superior sounds quality and very ergonomic !
I've tried the Zoom G5n before and the Zoom G11 is vastly superior in terms of sound quality no doubt. I definitely recommend that product !

do not recommend, read on
the price of this pedalboard is not worth it, maybe $500, then yesthe us tech support is non existent. before i purchased this, i called and asked if this was pedal activated to turn on the wah. i was told yes which was the selling point for me. there is one lady that answers the phone and has zero tech knowledge on all zoom productsthe case is cheaply made out of plastic and it should be made out of metalno xlr, why? the preset sims are horrible and basically uselesswhen using this, it feels cheap and youre scared the case may crack or the pedal may breakupdates on firmware to improve the customer experience is nullno andriod support for their appeven their digital mixer only has ios support and zoom wonders why no one buys their productsthis in no way competes with the line 6 helix/boss gt1000, which thats what zoom is pitting this against which is why the price is so high, to give the public that it is. the line 6 helix/boss gt1000 is way more advanced

Too bad I didn't read the manual first, my bad
Why having MIDI IN/OUT if you cannot send CC commands to the device from a MIDI controller?

Simply stated, "WOW!"
I have been using Zoom products for years. The G11 is their most amazing Guitar Pedal Workstation yet. The versatility of this product is amazing. If you Install GuitarLab V6.0 or later you can program it from your computer. The tone quality and responsiveness of the G11 is truly second to none. I have been waiting for a pedal like this for years. I now have one. I definitely recommend this pedal!

Great for home use, not really set up for pro-use gigging. Great sounds and looper plus drum loops.
I LOVE this G11 but I'm returning it. Why? I knew it didn't have any XLR outputs when I got it but it's turned into a big deal for plugging into the board. I can use my Whirlwind, but that's one more item I need to carry. Like my old Zoom G3, I can run directly into the board AND out to my amp at the same time. Same with my Boss GT1000. Unlike the solid metal feel of the Boss GT1000 (or even Boss GT100) this is really light and all plastic. It's got a nice functioning touchscreen. The factory presets were made by somebody that's tonedeaf. You can get MUCH better tones by diving (really easy to do, especially compared to the Boss GT1000) into the unit.I don't usually use these things as multieffets but rather as a pedalboard that I can turn pedals on and off. I usually don't use the preamp either, but do use the 4 cable method if I have an amp with effects loop. Ths G11 itself has 2 loops on the back, so one loop I can stick, say, my Foxrox Octron and MXR Phase 95 in one loop then use the other for 4 cable.Soundwise, not many people could tell if you're using the G11, the Boss GT1000 or even my old standby the Boss GT100.The G11 has a GREAT looper and a very useful for home jamming or making scratch tracks drum machine. It's basic but gets that job done and can even do 3/4, and 5/4 with no issues. You can set up it for bluetooth (like the GT1000 but hopefully not as slow and clunky) but with the touchscreen probably not really an issue. The G11 is currently almost a bargain at $599.99 and I suspect the price will continue to drop (they were $799.99 until they figured out nobody was buying them). The most annoying this is the slow boot up time as well, mine takes about 45 seconds to get going. Even my old Boss GT100 will be ready in under 10 seconds, same with the GT1000. Not sure why but I find that incredibly annoying. The interface again though is great and easy to use.

Good attempt, not quite there though
While this is a decent all in one and touch screen is nice it still is lacking.Perhaps down the road after some much needed firmware updates. The presets are boring. And quite limited. And online presets selection is practically non existent. Maybe in the future. But for now creating your own preset is very laborious undertaking with this. I just don’t have that much time to spend on having to set that many parameters to get the sound desired.I returned this. My boss 80 does fine compared to this. If it were less $, then perhaps. But current price tag exceeds its value IMO.
