ALLERGEN/VEGAN WARNING: This product contains Milk
I know this is majority my fault and is not an accurate review on the product itself but I just need to put this as a ‘one star’ to warn those who have a dairy allergy/intolerance or are vegan. However, I think someone needs to correct the written information below the product because I did not see any allergen warning and you would have only known of it if you zoomed-in on the photos (which I generally don’t do) all I saw/read was that it has vegetable/bacteria ingredients listed so i assumed the bacterias were all vegetable based (you know what they say about assuming...). The only way I found out this contained milk was after tearing off the barcode that just happened to conveniently cover the allergen warning. Though, I will say that if you aren’t vegan or don’t have a dairy allergy/intolerance these will probably be great pills, I’m sad I won’t be able to use them.

I bought this to try to improve the health of my digestive tract, and while I didn't see the dramatic improvements that I had hoped for from some of the reviews of the product I read, I know that everyone's gut is different. I do feel slightly better / better regulated and feel that the product is high quality. As a vegetarian it can be difficult to find appropriate supplements for a reasonable price. The quality price tradeoff seems very fair here.

Good Product!
I've tried different brands of probiotic and have found NaturaBest to be the most effective for me. I trust Natura Best for nutritional supplements.

Works great with no aftertaste.
I must take a macrobiotic daily for medical reasons, and prefer a higher count of cultures. These worked very well for me and caused no stomach upset or weird aftertaste. One daily does the trick.

I have not noticed a ton of difference but I have changed other things in my diet so it would be hard to point to this as the savior as something. Overall a good product.

Easy to swallow
This is so much easier to swallow than the previous Probiotic that I used to take. That one was shaped in a hard "pearl" form and was very difficult to swallow. This product is in the typical gel capsule and works as good as any Probiotic I have taken.
