Very good anchovies

Good product
We frequently make a pasta dish that uses anchovies. We had been buying either Crown Prince or Cento anchovies, but lately these products were sub-standard. Many of the Crown Prince cans burst dramatically when opening, and the Centos were mushy and the cans were not well filled. We took a chance on these Sea Castle anchovies and were very glad we did. The cans were well-filled with nice firm filets and they tasted great. Others reported that they were too highly salted, but we did not find this to be the case.If you're on the fence about giving this less-well known product a try, dispel your reservations and order some.

YUM!
Flavor is great, anchovies well packed. Not as convenient as a jar as it is hard to seal back up if you don't eat them all at once.

Great quality but milder
Very mild compared to local brands but fresh and practically no bones. Nice filets not pieces. Would order again. Really great if you want less salty.

Simply outstanding canned anchovies
I have tried many of the finest canned anchovies money can buy and these are just incredible.At the price point, they are simply the best.The texture is firm and excellent. The relatively low salt content (at least to my taste) makes these really stand out too.I will be buying many more.

Not fit fior human consumtion !!!!! Does not even deserve a rating
This product was absolute and total GARBAGE!!If I had hogs; I would not even feed it to them; They probably would not eat it anyway.This crap had the consistency of anchovy paste - TOTALLY DISCUSTING!!!!It even had an 'Off' oder the minute the can was opened.I spent approximately thirty-five dollars plus for this garbage; and now all 10 cans have been discarded into a trash dumpster; which is just where it all belongs.Any company selling this crap should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves!!!!Thomas H. Loved the quality of these anchovies! I lived on them until they were gone they were so good! I am dismayed that they are out of stock, I hope you restock soon.
