My trainer suggested that I try a waist cincher. I was leery of trying it, but glad I listened to him. I feel a marked difference in my back. It fits nice and snug which keeps my back straight and my posture aligned. It helps me remember to sit up straight and seek alternatives on bending or slouching to get something. Even thought it keeps your back straight it is still very flexible, so it doesn't hinder your normal activities. I have no difficulty breathing. I was shocked at how comfortable this is to wear. The first day I got it, I meant to wear it for an hour to try it and I ended up forgetting it was on and wore it for 4 hours. The material is soft and feels nice on my skin. The hooks are heavy duty and made to last. There is a learning curve on figuring out how to get it hooked on and be tight enough at the same time. It only took a few days to figure out the best way for me. I'm so glad that it comes with the extender, so I have more levels to use to continue to get smaller. I really like this product and will continue to use it as I need smaller sizes.

I bought a 5x. I used my waist trainer with the extra hooks it come with. (Which is cool, cause other waist trainers didn't come with that.)I weigh about 287. Im a 4x in tops 18/20 on jeans. I bought this cause I just had a baby & i needed something that make my belly balance back. I really hope my review helps other plus size girls cause I know for us plus girls, we can never find something that make us feel right with our clothing. I feel like this waist trainer will help me out a lot! I hope to come back to order a smaller one in the future.

I just received my waist trainer and put it on.The quality of the product from the first look is wonderful, I'm happy with color, texture and overall look.Thanx to reviews I knew that the seller also puts in an extender, so I ordered it 1 size smaller. Do not recommend to do the same to everyone because anyways we tend to underestimate our size, and because I know I'm losing weight now (and it's not just my wish, I know for sure it is happening), so I can be 100% confident by doing that.Even with an extender (last row), it was really hard to put it on, but I know the first time it should be like that, so it's totally fine. I can brief just fine, without any hurdles.Right now I'm sitting and writing this review with a waist trainer on me and my posture is perfect! The main reason for me to order this product was my back pain (and only then my wish to have an hourglass figure), so I'm happy that now I have no choice, but to have the right spine posture and a trainer supports it.Also, the delivery came 4 days earlier than expected.So far I'm happy with this purchase. Now THIS IS THE TRAINER I have been looking for!!! So y’all I have a 32 inch waist but I have an hourglass figure so i have a small waist compared to my hips. I got the XS because I’m on a weight loss journey and ddnt want to get a trainer that was too big that I wouldn’t be able to use after a while because it’s too large. I’m so happy I got the xs because I can work with it along my journey. I AM SO THANKFUL it comes with an extender because I definelty would not have been able to fit the XS without it. As my waist gets smaller I will be able to take off the extender and use the belt on its own and I’m so happy. The quality is amazing as well it really makes you sweat. I worked a GOOD sweat just putting the thing on! The material is awesome because it does not over stretch! It has enough give for you to get into it. I’ve used other waist trainers that are made of spandex and polyester and after like a day or two I’m already on the last ring which I hated! If you are looking to use the product long term I recommend you size down from the recommendation especially since it comes with an extender. So happy I found this!

I am 5’11”, 180lbs and four months postpartum. I wear a size 30/US8 in jean at the moment. I found my size on the chart which would have been a size large, and decided to size down one size to a medium. I was able to secure the waist trainer on the largest hooks right away. Had I not been able to, the trainer graciously includes a size extender! The material of this waist trainer is nice and thick. The bones are rigid and hold their form, but do not restrict your movement. I feel very held in while wearing this. I am not new to waist training. I own a much more expensive waist trainer that the Kardashians were peddling a few years ago. The construction of this trainer is much higher quality. The stitching is all very neat and even. I was surprised to see that I didn’t have back fat problems while wearing this trainer- something my other trainer does cause. I feel very confident wearing this under most outfits when I go out. I’m so happy with my purchase. Will gladly repurchase in a smaller size when needed.

I wear waist trainers to help with back support and diastisis recti after giving birth 3 times. Plus I want to lose weight and they help curb my appetite. This is not my favorite trainer that I've ever purchased but it is fine for every day wear. I probably could work out in it, but I have better ones doe that purpose. I've only owned it for ten minutes, but it's pretty comfortable and breathable.I'm 5'4", 210 lbs, but I'm very bottom heavy. I thought I had a 33" waist, so I got the 2xl. I was able to close the second row of hooks quite easily, so I should have sized down to the XL. Maybe even a L with the extension that comes with it. My behind does make the back bend upward, but I'm used to that. All in all, I'd recommend it.

I've used this more or less every day since I got it and results are showing! However, it's just a tad too big so the results I'm getting are miniscule...Other than that, it's not interfering with my life at all, and I'm only aware of it if I'm sitting in a very uncomfortable position. 3.5/5

very sturdy great quality,the only problem is this is not the stretchy type your gonna have to get the exact size you have not too small or big. Definetly measure your self and get the closest size because this does not stretch at all you might dissapointed.

Excelente calidad y muy bien en medidas el material se ve bien resistente, la puede cargar todo el día uno sin batallar, tienes que comprarla, trae una tira con extra broches, puedes considerar pedir dos tallas menos por que esa faja con esos broches puede esperar como si fuera de una talla menos a mas

Este entrenador es muy bueno las Varillas ayudan a corregir la postura, la calidad del material es excelente.... No es muy grande el talle del producto pero funciona perfecto.Pidan la talla que les corresponde no mas chica porque noe será realmente

Es una faja excelente, es de látex pero por dentro trae algodón para no lastimar la piel, si bien es un poco incómoda por las 25 varillas corrige muy bien la postura y da muy buen soporte. No se dobla al sentarse.Mi cintura mide 68 cm,me guié por los comentarios que recomendaban pedir una talla menos por el extensor y pedí XS, (dos tallas menos de las que debería, pero sugiero sólo reducir una) y definitivamente lo recomiendo, así se aprovecha más la faja pues el extensor da 6 cm más.
