Horrible
This is a horrible product. It Doesn't stay in place or work. Don't buy this and look for a Better product.

Does not stay in place
The pads are fine, but the strap is useless. Within seconds it was down on my wrist. It could be pinned, or the strap pinned to the garment, but the ad seems to be deliberately vague about how it stays in place.

Fall off, do not stay in place
Waste of money. They don’t stay in place and slide off the arm within minutes. I am throwing them away.

Found the straps to be very tight on the arms. Need small arms for strap to fit over. Underarm protesters don’t stay in place

Too small!
The elastic was too short. And even after I added more elastic, The pad area is just too small. Big Clue: the instructions (such as they are) are written in Chinese. These were obviously made to fit a smaller Asian body.Since I have altered one to try for a better fit, I doubt if I can return them. $10 down the drain.
