I had been using a Swiffer Mop for years but I HATED the smell of the cleaner. I was in Sam's looking at wood floor cleaning options and discussing those options with my mother-in-law when a man walked up to me and said, "You need to go with the Bona floor cleaners. I work for a company that installs wood floors and this is what we recommend and what the employees use". Sam's did not have Bona floor cleaners so I went on Amazon to purchase. After reading the reviews about the Bona system that is like this one and seeing that people were having problems with the mops, I decided to go with this brand. It is sturdy and the handle is adjustable to your comfort. The pads are machine washable which is a total plus. I ordered extra pads for it and my floors look great without the smell of Febreeze which truly gives me a migraine.

I've owned this mop since January 2018, so much better than the original from Bona and usually I used just for light cleaning (get footprints off of hardwood, for example). However, beware of how much pressure you put on it. I saw some sticky spots and and what turned out to be stubborn spots too while cleaning. I really leaned into the mop to put pressure on the floor to remove the spot, and the mop did bend ever so slightly that now it does not collapse. Not really a problem for me as I can store extended, and there is a lifetime warranty if it did bother me, but suggest if there are some stubborn spot you clean by hand with a rag first and then followup with the mop and normal pressure.This is really a great mop, still 5 stars, buy it, use it, just take care of stubborn spots by hand.

This is the perfect mop handle! It is sturdier than the one I have had in the past, and that one didn't have a telescoping handle. The pads I have fit just exactly right - some handles are a couple of inches wider where the pad attaches, which is just asking to scratch your wood floors. I use this to dry mop dog hair and dust on my wood floors, and i can get under end tables and chairs easily. Kudos to the company for stellar customer service, too! The first handle arrived with a crack in the part that holds the two telescoping ends together. I could have used tape to remedy, but the company shipped another one to me when I heard of the problem.

This is a very good item. The warranty the for life. I spoke to the female rep, she was very courteous and professional. After speaking with her and getting a feel of the type of company they are via my conversation, I was sold...Mahalo Keeble Outlets. Very accommodating, however, I just did an inquiry. The item and the micro fiber cloths work well

It does the job, but I found that the telescoping handle doesnt really want to stay extended. I fought it for a while, but eventually I found that the weight of the mop itself was enough to keep it touching the floor, so I just let the handle extend and contract. I would have liked to see a better handle though.

I used to have one of the Bona mops, but it eventually broke/snapped. I didn't want to get another Bona due to the poor quality I experienced, so I gave this one a try. Not only is it cheaper, the Bona pads work with it. I didn't like the pad that came with this mop, it didn't work well in my situation.

I like that I can extend the handle. Only reason I have it four stars is because there's another one I get at the HEB in Austin, that turns more easily. If you never seen that one, this is probably the best.
