Some of these types of thermometer are rubbish, have found this to be accurate

You need to read the instructions on this thermometer before you use it, as it has some features that are not intuitive. When you turn it on, it shows the last temperature taken, which could have been months ago. Also I was confused when “Lo” came on the screen and i thought the battery was going, but it was to tell me that my temperature was low.

Just what I needed at the time, good to keep in first aid box. Readings were spot on

My other half got covid at work - gah! He was shivery-cold, but burning hot to the touch. Grabbed this on prime to keep an eye on him, as our strip thermometer was becoming old and worn. Really quick results and easy to use and read. Battery life wasn't great, though, and after 4 days we needed new batteries, but that's expected when taking temperatures every hour.

It's a handy tool to have at home.

The thermometer is keeps saying my baby is 35.5 degrees. As a mum of a premature baby it's very concerning to get that result especially when I've put layers on baby. After using a different thermometer I've realised this product is very much incorrect. Very unhappy about this.

Works well

I'm quite happy with this thermometer, it's accurate an easy to use, I gave it 4 stars simply because it says you can get a reading after 45 seconds, in the instructions it states 90 seconds, sometimes when I use it it stuck in my mouth for far longer before the beeps go off, like I say I'm happy with it but it could give you a reading far more quickly
