Silk Route Spice Company Giant Herb De Provence Shaker 180g

We really like this spice. I had bought one at a store, and then hunted for another one before the first ran out. I couldn't find it in any stores, and then I stumbled upon it on Amazon. Love this spice. We put it on every pizza we cook, and all the stromboli's we cook. Really tasty stuff. And it lasts a long time because the bottle is large (tall), and you don't need much to add flavor. I think the first one lasted 5-years. I might need to buy an extra bottle so that I'll be all set when the second bottle runs out in 5-years.

This has become a staple in our kitchen! It may say "Sticky Chicken" on it, but we use it for beef too! We have picky 12 year old twins and they love it as much as we do. Take your chicken (or beef) up a notch and give this a try. I've had to buy some to give to friend's who have had it at our house. It's that good!

I gave one star bc I’m so disappointed. I just received the Silk Route Pizza & Pasta Shaker. It was packaged on 11/23/2018 Best Used Before 11/23/20. I have to use 8.5oz within 7 months! This product is over a year and half old. I have bought this manufacture’s products in the past from a different seller. Love the products and the expiration dates have always been close to 2 years.Obviously Silk Routes Quality Control is truly slipping.

I found this product some months ago in a store. I like sweet seasonings for certain foods that I cook. I bought it to see if it wad a good fit with baking, grilling frying chicken and Turkey. It was a awesome fit. Buy when I ran out of it, I couldn't find it any more. Until I came crossed it on Amazon. I'm very happy Amazon had it. Im a happy customer of your product again. Thx!!

It is good on chicken, but so much better on roasted salmon. This is a perfect seasoning for salmon. Money well spent and really tasty. Salmon always can use a boost for flavor. Thank you very much.

This Seasoning is very good you don’t need salt and it taste wonderful on eggs. I’ve use this on meats and anything I desire. But do not add salt it has plenty of that in it.

My wife first purchased the Silk Route Salt & Pepper mixed from Marshall's Homegoods and tried it. From that time only she has used the product on everything. I purchased an additional 2 bottles a few month back and had to purchase 2 more bottles a few days ago. She love's the product. Thank You. Note: if at all possible is it possible to make the holes on the top a little smaller. The salt and pepper is so fine if not careful you can over salt the food product. Thanks again.George F.

Expiration date not good for such a large bottle of this spice, expires is Nov 21 received in February. Normally you get a good expiration date on these types of product. Opened the jar and the top had a lot of the spice caked on.According to Amazon this could not be returned, so I just threw it in the trash. I guess the company was moving out their older production of this spice.

Not mentioned (at all!) in the product description is Sea Salt. Strangely however, this is top of the list of ingredients on the label and it so overwhelms anything else that it's pretty much all you can taste. We were seriously disappointed and really feel that "Pizza and Pasta Spices" is not a fair or accurate description especially as it completely leaves out any reference to the main ingredient .Ingredients mentioned on the page at the time of writing this review; Our Shaker Includes The Finest Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Black Peppercorns, Garlic, Oregano, Red Bell Peppers, Onions and Basil.

5*********** 10/10 will buy again!!!!!!!I am really enjoying this product (still am). it goes a long way.First tried using it to marinade a chicken breast, flash fry and oven to finish off. sensational depth in flavour. the garlic really comes through and seasons the meat to perfection.I use it for meat, fish or vegetables to make a quick tasty meal without the hassle of pulling out tens of jars.packaging is great, just shake and bake, job done.great value in comparison to competitors!!!try it now

This is definitely a must have. Good size bottle and easy to use and it flavours food beautifully. I have it to hand as I nearly use it daily because it’s that good. It’s very good quality. I roasted some vegetables, Courgettes, Shallots, Leeks, carrots and potatoes & used this to shake all over & it was delicious. I would definitely buy this again and delivery was good & price to. Highly recommend.

This product is wonderful so so tasty I made a potato salad and sprinkled some in the flavour was great it bought the salad to another level can’t wait to use it again I bought 3 of these and gave one each to my daughters they absolutely love it so I will be ordering more when I need it and highly recommend it to anyone 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I've had Silk Route spices before and been very pleased however the ingredients are NOT listed on this product and therefore I didn't know it contained breadcrumbs and gluten and therefore it was returned. Ingredients as listed are Sea Salt, Breadcrumbs inc gluten, Wheat flour, sunflower oil, rosemary, organo, parsely, sage, peppercorns, basil extract.
