I bought Nordic naturals for years and recently purchased this for my daughter. She has no trouble taking them and likes the flavor. I also know it’s good quality because of the brand.

I got this for my son who has ADHD and he takes them daily. He likes the flavor and doesnt complain. Just an FYI, your kid has to be able to swallow pills to take these, they're not chewable.

The media could not be loaded. I've been taking these Omega-3 capsules for a few weeks now and I already feel the difference. They help with my joint pain and I feel more energetic overall. I have had to end up taking these instead of being able to give these to our adopted Autistic son. I gave him his new capsules and he tried to chew these (like they say you can), and then they made a loud pop in his mouth that scared him so bad he freaked out and threw the other one across the room and he then spit the capsule shell out of his mouth. They also are really kind of hard to chew outsides to the capsules. When I tried to chew one afterwards and realized he probably had to use a lot of jaw strength for his little jaws which could have hurt (at least to him once it did pop open). I wish Nordic would just make a chewable or something more like other chewable/ gummies. At least for the next level up in elementary school age kids. :( Sadly, we are now trying other brands because the flavor was also not enough to sell him on using these even after I pierced the capsule for him, seeing the capsule again actually caused him to have another melt down. :( We used the orange flavored soft jelly like Nordic Naturals for as long as we could because he is small for his age. And now because there is nothing similar to that or a gummy for his next age level we have to leave this brand behind.

This supplement of fish oil is good for kids. We've already bought it back for the second time.
