I miss the old version. The old one I would have eaten a bottle of them if I thought it would be ok. The fruit flavor before was way better and so was the chewy consistency. The new consistency is horrible. Not sure if I will continue with this brand next time. I loved the old heart shaped version. If you can go back please do. Why the change?

I have ordered my 2nd bottle of these as I am impressed by the difference I see in my skin, nails and hair. Three times I had to follow-up with Amazon to request a refund (included pictures) and reported to Amazon the issue - I was told each time they would investigate - which obviously since this has happened three times now (I have a subscription order) nothing has changed. I am bitterly disappointed. I have loved this product for years and had hoped the problem/issue would be addressed. Unfortunately, in three months time it hasn't been, so I have to cancel and find another product. Total bummer.

Really loved the heart shaped ones, but then these were changed to the dome shape, which has a totally different flavor, smell, and texture in my opinion. Not a fan of the new formula, which I’ve received the last 2 orders, and won’t be repurchasing.
