SunsignResistance Band with Handle, Exercise Bands with Handles, Ideal for Strength Training, Muscle Toning, Physical Therapy

After the pandemic stuff took over, I was searching desperately for more gear for my home gym. I have a few bands already, and after experimenting with them I realized I really like them and they're super useful and flexibleI started searching high and low for a quality band set. The problem is, as a bodybuilder, your average 5,10, and 20lb bands are NOT enough. This is a problem.So the search began. I searched high, I searched low. I finally stumbled upon this set. After lots of reading, analyzing and comparison I decided to do it.I was experiencing some issues with shipping so I messaged the seller. They were VERY responsive, they gave me their word and they 100% followed through with what they said they would do. This is a huge A++ for meNext, they finally arrived! Wow they are nice. I wouldn't say they are "gym quality".. and by that, I mean if they were put in a gym I do not feel they could survive 100+ different blokes messing with them every day, all day long. BUT, with that said.. for an individual (or 2) working out at home, they are 100% perfect. They are just the right length, they offer a ton of different weights (and you can combine multiple weights on the handles to equate to 225lbs total!!), and not only do they offer 2 handles.. but they offer 2 ankle pieces (which can also be worn on the wrists) and 2 pieces you stick on top of or under a door frame to give you a solid backing.The quality of the bands is high.. all of the bands come with a sheathing over them which prevents you from getting hurt in the event that one breaks (ya.. 50lbs of energy in a rubber band is VERY bad news otherwise..), they are all heat shrink-wrapped on the ends of the connectors and the connectors all seem sturdy.I'm 1,000% happy with this set and let me tell you.. the weight ratings are real. I haven't found a way to actually measure them, but as a bodybuilder, using the 50lb band alone really put a hurting on... I can't imagine using all 225lbs just yet.

My favorite resistance bands, I’ve tried a variety of bands and this one feels the best. The elastic feels better on the muscles and I seem to get a better pump. If they could just sell the bands without the handles it would be better. I’ve tried the expensive ones and compared it to these and prefer these overall. Not a fan of the outer layer though. Although they break a bit faster still recommend. If they added another band inside the tube could be better. Idk 10/10.

Great bang for the buck while giving you A+ quality.

I had purchased two sets of these bands so I could pair them for different workouts. The one set seems fine. Each band was individually wrapped in plastic. The other set arrived in the original tote bag, but the bands were not wrapped in plastic. When using the unwrapped set, there was a noticeable difference in elasticity. These bands seemed stretched out with a lot more give than the wrapped set. It makes pairing them difficult because one band doesn't have the same level of resistance as the other. I'm assuming that this was a returned item. I was under the impression that I was receiving brand new items only.The second issue I ran into wasn't a flaw with the bands themselves, but more of an issue with what I wanted to use them for. I bought these to pair with my BodyBoss system. The bands are almost twice as long as the BodyBoss bands, which means they require a good deal of manipulation/looping to work with the BodyBoss platform. I think in time I will sort it out, but it will definitely take some getting used to. I have only used these bands once so I cannot attest to the durability. I will add an update after a few months of use.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered 225 lbs of resistance and charged for it. I was only sent 190 lbs. At first I hadn't realized that. That was later after I was sent the lowest quality handles they could of sent. This was a joke! The plastic was meant for an under 3 toy. On the first time I used this product the left handle ripped (only using 70lbs). Yes, ripped like paper. Being in my workout mode I continued to the right side ripping as well. I sent them a message and they were very apologetic claiming it was a "mistake." They told me they would send a replacement with better quality and an additional 50lbs band. Weird they would say to send that when I never complained about the weight. Then it occurred to me and I counted the weight. Yup, 190 lbs! I write this review about a month and a half later because I just received what they promised. In the box was only the 50lbs band. No handles. How am I supposed to pull or push all that weight without handles. I tried with without the handles and its very uncomfortable even with light weight. They turned $2 product into a $60 profit. I asked for a refund and ignored that completely. Im certain that I'm not the only one. Oh! Another thing. Don't be fooled by the fancy material that covers the band. It limits the stretch of the band because it doesn't stretch.

Although the workouts suggested in the pamphlet are very good, I could incorporate the workout I usually do without a problem. The flexibility of the "door stop" attachment adds utility for my condo space. Finally, the clips at the end of each band allowed me to clip the bands to the equipment in the gym so I could workout in a larger space. The clips also allow additional handles to be used to speed up the transition from one band to another. On the whole this had been one of my best Amazon purchases.

El producto llegó antes de lo esperado y cumple muy bien su función, si eres una persona que le gusta mantenerse en forma esta será una de las mejores inversiones que harás en artículos deportivos ya que con estas bandas elásticas y los accesorios que la acompañan puedes trabajar brazos, pierna y abdomen, en general todos los músculos de tu cuerpo. Yo las probé en diferentes rutinas y si funcionan, obviamente no es como los aparatos que están en el gym pero si te sirven de mucho. Las recomiendo al 100%
