Panama Jack Canvas Safari Hat Black X-Large

Great hat. But I have ordered hats before and they come in smaller boxes and are perfect. This one came in a huge box and the crown was still smashed. It looks like it was packed that way. Poor quality control. I was able to straighten it out but there's still a line in the hat. It's a shame because it's a very nice hat. I don't want to go through the expense of returning it and waiting for another one. I guess I'll just live with it. If not for that I would have gave it 5 stars.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he really liked the quality of the material and workmanship. Will consider ordering another lighter colored one for the summer.

Not good. Poorly packaged crushing the hats into plastic bags.Ordered 3 x size XL and received 3 x medium. No feedback received from email submitted either.

It is a supper hat that draws lots of attention. I use it to keep the rain off my hearing aids. al huber louisville ky
