Really works! And no digestive pains!
Found I was deficient in folate, took these for 5 months, just one a day, and my folate has gone up loads to the point where I’ve now stopped taking them and am incorporating more into my diet instead. I tried two folate liquids before these tablets, one did nothing at all and the other gave me migraines. These tablets are great as they didn’t upset my IBS at all, as they didn’t contain any of the normal bulking agents such as magnesium stearate, which always upsets my stomach. Highly recommend!

Good product and company, but they can be found cheaper and stronger elsewhere
I found the 1000mcg strength tablets for the same price elsewhere.Provided they contain Folate as Metafolin, I am personally convinced there is no other factor that needs to be considered.
