Fox Run Muffin and Cupcake Pan, 12 Standard Cup, Stainless Steel

I was looking to replace two older muffin pans, one of which was coated in black (not shown in photo). The black coating was disappearing, and that concerned me. What was it and why was it coming off? Given all I've read recently about the dangers of black cookware, I threw that pan away. I inherited my second pan from my mother, and although it baked the muffins evenly, I didn't like that I couldn't clean the seams around each muffin cup (see pan on top in photo). The new pan is seamless and easy to clean. I didn't want a non-stick pan, and this pan does require greasing. However, it cooks evenly and doesn't warp--at least not at 325 degrees. It isn't very heavy, and so far has kept its shine.

Very good quality. Doesn’t rust in the dishwasher, or make noises in the oven. I’ve had some steel baking products that pop in the oven. Worked great and I’m glad it’s not coated in toxic non-stick.

I've had this muffin pan for 8 or 9 years. It still looks shiny and new and I use it regularly. I stopped using muffin liners and instead I just grease the cups and muffins come out perfect. No warping. Less toxic option for baking and durable.

I ordered 2. Not giving a 5 bc I don't know if I'd love any pan that much! Food cooks well. Use cooking spray to minimize sticking. I've had to soak and scrub but that's a decent tradeoff for a healthier cookware compared to aging nonstick or aluminum. I have not put in dishwasher and hand dry quick and leave sit out to air dry completely. You'll like this pan.

The Baking Pan is excellent! It’s made of durable stainless steel, which heats evenly and prevents hot spots. The 12 standard cups are perfectly sized for muffins and cupcakes, and the non-stick surface ensures easy release and cleanup. It’s also dishwasher safe, which is a big plus.

good pan, just wish they didn't use industrial strength glue to glue the paper product packaging tag to it. They should just use basic scotch tape or masking tape and not something I have to scrape glue off with a razor blade. lol

I have two of these - both the same manufacturer and both the same model - one I bought 7 or 8 years ago one I bought in 2021. The newer one is DEFINITELY very different weight than the older one so ... ' SOMEONE ' at Fox decided to save a few pennies and cheat their customers. The new one has SERIOUSLY warped more and more over time to the point where I have to re-bend it every time I use it. the old one is solid as a brick. I don't mind paying a lot of money for a stainless muffin pan because I don't want to die of cancer from the non-stick versions - but - if a company charges premium price and then makes a crap product - I make sure other people know about it. Zero stars.
