Turmeric for arthritis
This review is based on 2 weeks use.I have a twelve year old cat who was diagnosed with arthritis in his legs over a year ago, since this time I’ve been looking for the ‘miracle cure’. I’ve tried a range of different natural products and to be fair there has been some improvement, some days are better than others, however I’m looking for something that will help him 100% of the time.Turmeric is well known for its joint support in both humans and animals. I have been adding these capsules to Milo’s food every other day over the past 2 weeks. I have yet to give him the full capsule as I’m gradually adding it - he will not eat his food if he detects it - I’m going at a slow pace to at least introduce some turmeric to him.I haven’t noticed a significant difference yet but it is still early days and I’m not yet giving him the recommended amount (1 capsule every other day). At the moment he’s having approx half a capsule. I will continue to introduce more of the capsule over time and hope he will get used to it. I will update this review if I can achieve the recommended dosage. I must add that I have noticed no deterioration since Milo has been using this turmeric and I only hope he will continue to improve over the next few weeks.

Tumeric capsules
Tumeric has many benefits but I would advise you check with your vet before giving these to your cat or dog, especially if they are on any sort of medication and/or have any existing health conditions. They must not be given to pregnant or lactating animals and tumeric can act as a anticoagulant too. These capsules seem to be a good quality product and high strength. You get 60 capsules in a plastic bottle which are currently priced at £16.63 on Amazon at the time of writing this review.I have been giving these capsules to my arthritic dog and he has been eating the capsules whole mixed in with his food. Compared to tumeric golden paste which I normally make myself, I don't think these capsules have the same effect, the golden paste works better for my dog and is very easy and cheap to make at home.

Decent High Strength Turmeric Supplement
Both our dogs have been safely taking turmeric supplements for just over a year and a half now, primarily for joint health due to them both being very active (especially our younger dog who never stops!) as it's a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant so also helps keep their skin healthy. As with most turmeric based supplements this has black pepper/bioperine for increased absorption which works for your dog just the same as it does for human versions (which is why nearly all turmeric supplements make a point of including it).Just make sure you're clear about the benefits and be confident that your dog needs to have a supplement like this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals such as your vets offering you specific advice.

Dog wouldn't take them.....
Always up for any supplements to help my pups and I've always been pleased that neiother of mine have any issue taking any sort of tablet but they flat refused with these.....Would eat round the things, spit them out if wrapped in cheese or meat so I honestly can't give it a proper review other than to mention the tablets stay sturdy and solid even when covered in dog slobbers and foodstuffs.....

Tumeric for dogs
Its probably too early to say much about whether this is working or not... but what I can say is these look a good size capsule with good colour. My dog normally eats everything but won't eat this unless the capsule is broken open and sprinkled on her food.I can't say how well thusxworking as the dog can't speak and so far I can't see any obvious difference in how she is. I am a huge fan of turmeric and take it myself everyday and definitely feel the benefits so I hope the dog does too!I was given this product to try with no promise of a favourable review.

Pet Science tumeric capsules.
Tumeric is well known for its anti inflammitory properties. Golden paste-which I usually make myself by mixing water, tumeric, coconut oil and a smidgen of pepper- is the usual way of giving athritic dogs tumeric. However, I thought I'd try these and give them a go. They are in sprinkle capsules which incidentally, are quite hard to seperate. In appearence, the powder just looks like pure tumeric and looking at the ingredients that's pretty much what it is.Will it be worth it? I'm not convinced that it will be better than golden paste. We'll see?
