Pros:Heavy paperordered for color, was not disappointed.Cons:Getting just a little waviness on the paper; typical for this type of product.Would but again.

Very disappointing: terrible quality.
I had been using these Ampads in various colors for years, using a large supply I'd bought ... years ago. These pads were great - though I never thought about it much. I took for granted a smooth, silky writing surface, hues that were subtle and pleasing to the eye, and sheets that tore off smoothly at the perforated line. A simple thing that worked well. I do a great deal of writing on paper. I was unprepared for the incredible deterioration in quality when I ordered recently - the paper is heavier and coarser, the hues are crude (the grey is dead, rather than pearly), and the sheets never tear off evenly! Very annoying! I would NEVER purchase these again if I could find a good alternative. Very disappointing: Ampad is the standard. The standard now seems to be ... really low.

The pads are so easy to write on... definitely worth their price! They're all I use.

Company sold, now flimsy.
Ignore any review that is before March 2016, as Ampad was bought by Tops and the product was changed. I loved the original Ampad. The paper quality was excellent. Tops changed it, and now it is flimsy and cheap. Alas, although the name remains, the product is now terrible. I am so sad. I have been using colored Ampad writing pads for years. They were my favorite, I only used them, and now, they are no more, just the name remains. Shame on you Tops for ruining a previously excellent product.

Items mailed loose in a bag, in another bag. Damaged on all corners.
These are great pads that are shipped in way that guarantees they will arrive with damage on all 4 corners.
