Overall, Best evolved locks and best customer service.
I run a transportation terminal. We lock everything. Trailers, Propane, doors, cabinets, you name it and we can lock it. We will. I have tried all, and I mean ALL the blue tooth locks Amazon sells, you can ask them...I returned them all...and still ended up with 13 locks from Quiklok. Each lock keeps track of who opened it and what time once it's synced to a phone. I have Key Fobs and RFID cards to unlock them to keep track of who did what, and the best part is their warranty and support. I have never seen a company like this take care of customers like this. I will admit, We use the hell out of these things and they do break and have become unresponsive. I shoot an email to Safetech, and they send out a new lock under warranty. Just reall good folks. We lock everything, and nothing beats having my phone as the master key. I have no regrets.

We really like the idea and the technology
We really like the idea and the technology. We could not get it to connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone. Unfortunately we had to return the lock because the diameter of the shackle was to large.

Seems to be touch and go. Needs work.
Mine works - sometimes, other times it just blinks red & blue but isn't recognized by the phone it is paired to. The Android app needs work. The only way to unlock for me is to act like it is new every time.

bluetooth android app works well, takes about 6 sec to connect and unlock and works consistentlyNFC card that is included works well and consistent.HOWEVER, nfc tags i purchased does not work! i tried 5 different brands and non of them worked with this lock.after investigation, it turns out that the NFC chip used in this lock is not standard NFC, therefore 99% of the nfc tags on the market will work. this includes NFC stickers, nfc rings etc etc defeats the purpose of this lockreturned

CHEAP
This lock is made of cheap materials, I was told it was Water Resistant, and I decided to open it up to see the inside. Yes, I opened it up real easy, so I noticed that all they did to claim it was "Water Resistant" is apply a ridiculously light amount of silicone on the circuit board.I called to see if this was the case and they confirmed, what a piece of garbage!
