Newest Universal Remote Control Replace Sony TV Remote with Netflix Button , Replacement for All Sony LCD LED and Bravia TVs Remote1

Bought this for my Sony X90K because it looks nearly identical to the remote from my Z9D. I hate the barebones remote that Sony now ships with their TVs. I wanted a remote that has physical number buttons because most of my viewing is free OTA and it makes changing channels MUCH easier than having to go to the channel guide.I like this remote even better than the OEM remote that came with the Z9D. The button layout of the two remotes are nearly identical. This makes for using it in the dark fairly easy. The biggest benefit of this remote over the OEM unit is that the PLAY/PAUSE/RWD/FWD/STOP buttons are full sized. On the OEM remote, those buttons are half the size of a grain of uncooked rice at best. Not only that, but they are barely raised above the level of the case. This makes using the buttons while watching movies in the dark quite frustrating.The only thing the OEM remote has going for it is that it does feel much more premium since it is made of metal. Despite that, it has been put away in the drawer permanently. I bought three of these. One for my Z9D, one for my X90K and one I gave to my sister-in-law for her X80K. The only drawback to this remote is the "FOOTBALL" button on the bottom right. I have yet to figure out what that is for. Also, this remote does not support voice commands. I knew that when buying it. I actually prefer it that way. Definitely worth the $10 price I paid for each of them.

when you get a universal remote, the hardest thing is to get the program then you hope the buttons and everything are in where you want them to be because it’s something you get familiar with. This was the easiest of all and the price was amazing again better than the one that came with the TV to begin with well-balanced. Lightweight and works perfect

Lost my original remote and decided to order this one. At first I was confused cause there was no booklet to tell me how to set it up compared to others but to my surprise it worked without needing all of that. Strain from package after installing batteries and I have a brand new remote. It does feel a bit cheap but I did drop it by accident and it was fine.

So I had lost my remote to my Samsung TV and spent several weeks looking for it before I broken down and decided to buy a replacement. This one isn't the exact same one that I had (I believe it is the newer version since my remote was pretty old) but it was very close. Received it, put batteries in it and BAM - it worked. I didn't have to program anything, just started using it. I also like the feel and look of this one over my old one.Now, the reason that I said it was sturdy is because I accidently washed and dried this remote. Yes, you read that. It had fallen in with my bedding and went through the washer. My dryer had been going for about 25 minutes when I had walked into the laundry room and heard banging. To my horror, the remote and batteries were the culprit of the noise. I pulled the remote out, found the backing and then had to search for each of the two batteries. Everything was very hot. I figured this remote was toast but thought I would test it so I went and got fresh batteries and put them in the remote and then BAM - it worked. Couldn't believe it. That was about 3 weeks ago and the damn thing is still working without a hitch.So, not only does it work out of the box without programming its touch enough to go through the washer and dryer and still work! Would purchase again.

Only worked for 1 month then it stopped working.

It was working for a few months then the power button stopped working. All the other buttons are working fine. Just can't turn on or off 😡

The remote worked as soon as I put the batteries in, no installation required., That was good. However, The buttons don't respond very well, I have to press seveal times buttons before the remote responds

My volume up button quit working on my oem remote so I bought this one. I put batteries in and it worked immediately, no programming. Way more responsive than my oem remote. It's lighter but the buttons are solid. 100% would recommend for the price.
