Beautiful dishes. Very elegant with and without food on them. I love how the subtle ivory rim just looks like it is the black reflecting the light. Does not like "striped" at all. Arrived in perfect condition and very well packed. I got two sets several weeks apart. They seem as sturdy and chip resistant as any dishes I've had but time will tell.05/04/2023 update: still beautiful, no chips. I find these lovely and durable.

As far as dinnerware goes, this set is decently priced, especially for the quality. It’s durable for everyday use, but it still feels classy enough for entertaining.

Very nice a little too heavy but nice

Delivered carefully, nothing was chipped or broken.Its more of a black outside with grey inside.... not as pictured.Kinda heavy but really neat looking.I just wish they were actually grey as described.Update 12/18/2020.They have held up so far, none have chipped or broken!They are heavy. But they are pretty.

Overall I am pleased with the set. Nothing amazing… But it’s fine. I would recommend and I would buy again. The bowl is nice because the sides are high. Somewhat contemporary.

These are really nice plates, bowls, and mugs, but one of the mugs was chipped on arrival. Everything else was totally okay and looked great, even the shipping boxes, so I’m assuming the chipped mug was packed that way since there was no chip in the box. I don’t mind imperfections so I’m gonna keep it, but just be prepared to to risk a damaged product if ordering these. Great for the sale price.

I’ve had these since November, that’s ONLY 4 MONTHS!!!!!! the coffee mugs and small plates have held up good! It’s just me and my boyfriend using the plates, hand washing them also! One big plate is chipped and another plate just crack when we put hot food on it. I wouldn’t spend your money on these. Spend the extra $20-$40 to get a nice set that will last!

If you are looking for a beautiful dinnerware set, don't look any further. This dinnerware set has a unique design, and it will spoil you for choice. However, the dinnerware set has many flaws. The plates, bowls, mugs chip and scratch very easily. Also, they are not microwave friendly, and break easily. They are lightweight with a nice size portion but you have to treat the dinnerware set gently, if not, the dinnerware set will break. I highly recommend you read the reviews very carefully because some reviews are written because the customer is upset, and they are not actually giving you the facts of their review. Once you purchase the set, the merchant and other retailers have made their money, and will move on without making any changes to their product. I hope this post reaches the patrons who are considering purchasing this item.

Black dishes aren’t always in style, thusly a good set is hard to come by. This is a decent, stylish dish set. The build and finish look and feel sturdy. Dishwasher safe and friendly shapes except for the bowls which tend to take a lot of space. So far we’re very happy with them as we bought 2 sets. Prime delivery was fast.

Absolutely perfect. The order came quickly. Everything was well packed, not damaged. I put it all through a quick wash before putting away and they washed up well. They’re extremely sturdy, and beautiful. Exactly as described, and exactly as I wanted.

Esta bonita la vajilla, lástima que no hay cuidado con el empaque, llegaron 2 tazas rotas y una estrellada.. No puedo aceptar una vajilla psra 4 personas, 3 tazas estan dañadas.
