Have been taking for over 2ys now, they appear to work for me. All joint and pain very much reduced, previously was painful to walk or raise arms.Recently changed their capsule type from. Gelatin/Cellulose capsule style pill. They are now Vegan friendly stamped LARGE lozenge, can be difficult to swallow, so I break them in half
