I PURCHASED THIS TO USE AS SAFETY TIE FOR MY HORSE. IT ALLOWED HER TO BE TIED, YET KEPT HER FROM INJURY IF SHE PULLED WHILE TIED. THIS PREVENTED HER INJURING HERSELF
