Excellent!
We feel the effects immediately! It doesn't make your urine yellow or smell like other B vitamin products. This is better than shots because it is natural. There are no natural shots any more. The shots at hospitals all use Cyanocobalamin which is from cyanide.It gives us energy as well. You really cant find a better B supplement anywhere!

Great product. I love these vitamins! Here is a great way to up your folate intake without having to take the synthetic form, folic acid. Do a little research on folate vs. folic acid consumption and you most likely want to try to consume this B vitamin in its folate form. Get an additional boost with B6 and B12 as well. I have always received my order on time and never had any problems with the seller. Definitely recommended.
