Pain to mount with included screws, but good overall
As others have noted, because the screw holes are directly above the horizontal "arms" that the headphones rest on, its difficult to mount. Once mounted, I don't have to worry about the adhesive wearing out over time (all adhesives do eventually), and I can pull on it with some force and it holds sturdy.I saw many products on Amazon that appear to be the same material, have the same description, etc. I purchased this one and one other to compare them. I chose to mount this one, because of the wire holders, which I never ended up using, and because of the extra space for holding headphones. What I did to mount:1. While sitting in my chair, position holder under desk, with headphones hanging, to a position I like. Mark vigorously with a pencil to mark the position of one side.2. Go under the desk, using the markings in Step 1, measure X inches in several areas along where the hanger will be mounted, to get a nice parallel mount. Connect the dots using a straight edge.3. Position holder along the marks I made in step 1 and step 2. Mark holes for drilling with pencil.4. Drill pilot holes in pencil marks with a 1/16'' bit.5. Remove adhesive backing from holder and position hanger lining up the holes on the holder with the pilot holes (this step was annoying given the holder blocking my light. Loosely attach holder to the bottom of desk.6. I initially tried using a drill, but I found that a skinny screwdriver, such as one from iFixIt, can turn the screws with less of an angle. Because of the pilot holes, I did not need to apply much force with the screwdriver to apply the screws. Because I ended up using a screw driver, it should be easy to use your sense of touch to just apply pressure to a screw and position the holder until you feel the pilot hole and then install.7. Viola, mounted holder.

Works great, good price - screws a bit tricky
This is substantially made with sturdy metal. I particularly like the slots for the cords, which keeps them from dangling onto the floor. I'm using it in my home office to hold both my headphones and my headset, which it has plenty of room for. Now, I know some folks complained about the sticky pad that comes with it, but I chose to turn my desk over and screw it in. Tough to get the screws in, given the angle. It helped to create my own template and drill the holes first. It would have been nice if they found a better angle for the screw slot, or moved the holes to a location on the thing where it's easier to access them, but I got it and it's going absolutely nowhere now.

More than just a headphones holder
Any old hook could keep my headphones off the ground, but this one is smart enough to also provide a wire keeper to help tidy up my workspace. I also like the fact that it is wide enough to make sure the ear pads don’t touch each other when I’m not listening at all. Strong adhesive and feels well made piece.

Fantastic hook -- but a nightmare to screw in
This is a great headphones hook, but is very difficult to use screws to attach since there are no pass-through holes for your screwdriver.I had a single lightweight headset (Logitech H570e) on just the adhesive for two months, but like other reviewers I doubt the adhesive material (it's almost a gel) would stand the test of time with the weight of two headsets on it. I tried a normal screwdriver at an angle, and ended up breaking the screw head. Ultimately I had to use a low-profile screwdriver (KAIFNT model K451; B07YCP213C) to get screws in.Other than that, it's fantastic. It has a nice look and texture, is strong (the metal part, not the adhesive), and comes with rubber end caps containing wire-management holes. I didn't initially find the wire management to be helpful since you have to take the headphones off over them, tangling the headset in the wire, but I've started looping the cable up through one hole and down through the other, with the slack all on the "down" side, and that seems to be working better.Overall: Four stars. Would have been an easy five if it weren't so difficult to attach the screws.

Good product for the size & price
Great headphone hanger, sturdy construction given the narrow lines. Used the VHB adhesive to fasten to (real) wood table, no screws, and has held up for several months without any signs of give. The rubber end caps are optional, I use both for cord management, but would be as good without. Discreet, good lines, good quality.

Might need more than your regular screwdriver.
Works perfectly for what it’s designed for. If you’re an astute Amazon shopper like me you’ll realize there are many different brands that carry something similar but what set this one apart was the silicone endings that hold the end of cables. All work exactly as intended.I can’t say anything about the adhesive, as I imagined, the two screws are more than enough to hold my headphone securely so I didn’t even peel that off. The box also includes a second adhesive pad, so I wouldn’t worry about that. The installation was also pretty easy (for me) but I could not have done it without the iFixIt screwdriver kit. I used the regular screwdriver to make holes into my plywood desk top. Then I used the flexible extension arm, which is the exact solution for problems like this.

Good quality easy hook for 2 headests.
This quickly decluttered my desk and gave me a reliable place to hang my work and gaming headset when not in use. Multiple mounting options but the adhesive worked just fine for me.
