This is now my 3rd time ordering this case and yet it's still my #1 go-to for my Note10+. My last 2 broke after having dropped my phone over 50 times each. I work with harsh chemicals and have dropped my phone in them many times, always comes out unscathed.Fingerprint reader works perfect, just gotta make sure it's clear of lint before installing your phone. I never take this case off so I make sure the entire case and phone is clean before I put it all together.As much as possible, avoid dropping the phone on its corners, that's how my last 2 cases broke. It didn't happen on the 1st or the 10th corner drop but if it can be avoided the case will last much, much longer.For the price this case is a steal, highly recommend it. Despite having gone through 2 of the same case they've all done their job: protect my phone, which still looks and works like brand new!

Terrible. Instructions were not clear. Fingerprint scanner no longer works with case on. Case was such a tight fit that it almost seemed like it wasn't meant for the phone. Ended up throwing it away because it's just that bad. Waste of money.

Screen protector damaged

I've had this case 3 months and already the entire front is scratched up o bad that it is hard to see and hard to accurately press on apps..This is not a fluke..This is the (second) time I have ordered this case and last time I had the same exact problem!So why did I order it again? because other than the material for the front screen being HORRIBLE quality, it's actually a very good case.Unfortunately, I will have to find another brand case because I can't deal with how severe the screen scratches. I was hoping it was a fluke which is why I ordered it again but it's not.The messed up part is that I'm a stay-at-home dad, so my phone doesn't do a lot of moving around, yet it's still severely scratched up.

Love it fit perfectly

This is NOT waterproof. The case very generously allows water inside. In fact, from going to the beach my phone is still awkward. Absolutely hate it.
