Im not big in writing reviews. I love this thing! The trick is realizing it isn’t a miracle tool. You still need to towel dry your hair (my hair is thick, so I use my hair dryer a bit). You still need heat protective products. Take your hair section by section (my sections are still fairly thick). My hair looks amazing and I don’t need my straightener!!

The first one sent to me only worked for about 8 mins then it didn’t work anymore. I asked for a replacement but that order was never sent through. I had to contact someone at Amazon to get my replacement. It took about a month to get it. The second one has been working fine though. I don’t think it makes my hair look as sleek as advertised but it does dry it quickly.

I've never been good at using a round brush with a blow dryer. This hair tool saves my life! It really does work and gives the perfect blown out look. I have medium length hair and it gives great volume and flips.
