47 North Troika Canadian Organic Single Source Maple Sryup, Grade A Amber, Dark & Very Dark (3x250g)

I wanted to find an authentic maple syrup as my local store has replaced their syrup with a maple/ carab blend. I checked out online and on amazon and saw the grading system and was intrigued as I’ve only ever tasted light maple syrup. The amber syrup is my favourite. The dark and very dark syrups have distinctive flavours that would work very well if poured on icecream, but are a bit strong for porridge in the morning. People have different tastes and some people will prefer the darker syrups. The main reason for buying these three small bottles was to check out which syrup I was going to buy in a larger litre bottle. All of these syrups are good quality, rich tasting and thick and I would recommend them to anyone who is figuring out which type they want to buy.

DID NOT FIT WITH THE INFORMATION -2 dark instead of 1 dark, 1 very dark , twice the same fact as i bought for 2 gifts, so could not ask for sending back, very disappointed for this trap .....

The two lighter ones taste like golden syrup, and the very dark just tastes like watered down treacle.Doesn’t taste like any maple syrup you might just buy in the shop.
