Works well. It replaced the old one that i was Tired of tinkering with after the float seal died and had to seal it with gasket glue 15.5hp B&S lawnmower engine. I recommend this product not only did it prove to my customer that i was right about the engine requiring a complete fuel system over haul including the carb. Customer was against it until they came back with the issue again. After the carb swap the engine got more horsepower. Still running a little rich and burning oil but thats a piston seal issue and a carb tweak.Edit march 31st. Engine is surging and stalling. Could not find any visible cracks in the engine fuel bowl level might not be set correctly. I am still trying to figuere out why this engine is surging and stalling

I have zero complaints about this purchase.The carburetor was 100% compatible with my 16.5 HP Briggs and Stratton INTEK OHV Engine.I pulled off the old carburetor, put on the new Carburetor and air filter, and was up in running again...

I like that there are multiple items with this kit. I would have normally cost me much more if I had to purchase these separately from an Auto Parts Store. Very glad to see there are some really great deals out there if you do a little more searching.

Wasn't the match for my motor as listed in the description. Can definitely tell it's a Chinese manufacturer. May work great on other models just not mine.

Replacement carb for 171/2 B&S engine on a lawnmower the man that presous own it ran cheap gas & a sorry fuel filter change out in under 30 minutes started right up ran & purrs like a kitten at low speed but Roars like Tiger at high speed great replacment over factory carb good product

The carburetor installed easily and lawn tractor started right away.

Installed easy, mower started right up, adjusted idle and mixture and the engine is running perfect.

It was easy to install.
