I was very excited to receive this product today. The product box was covered with tape and I grew concerned that the mold had been used before. I removed it from the box and it appeared to be new. I tested the product by inserting the mold “templates”, pressing down in the plunger, and then removing the “templates”.When pressing the plunger, as you would do to release the cake/cookie/etc., the mold makes a terrible squeak—almost like nails running down a chalkboard. I began wondering if that was something I could live with. However, the second template I inserted has gotten stuck. I have tried everything I can think of to remove it without damaging the product, but I haven’t been able to get it out so far. This is most likely going to be returned.On the upside, the designs are absolutely beautiful.

Complete junk. Does not lock, small cookies , all directions in foreign language. Not worth the trouble. Sending it back

Its hard to use AND when you bake the cookies they come out with out the shape i usedI used the flower shape and they came out not good
