This a lot. You only need to use a little bit and too much is overpowering.

This is a pantry staple in Sichuan cooking. I love it and won't make Mapo Tofu without it. A bit pricey ( - 1 star), but for me, it's worth it. I tried a couple other cheaper brands, but came back to this one. Flavor, spice, and texture are spot on for me. Tried it originally because of a recommendation from soupeduprecipes.com.
