Very tasty
A little tart with full flavor. I taste a little ginger and lime, some pepper--the rest is well-blended. I'm not a connoisseur of this, and I will probably add a wee bit of a sweetening agent, myself--but I think you won't be disappointed if you order it.

My tongue shriveled up and died
Today I mourn the loss of my tongue. I enjoy a variety of Thai soups so I bought this broth thinking this would be a nice way to make something similar at home. Oh my word, the taste was so vile that my tongue shriveled up inside my mouth and fell off. What I do remember of the taste before the loss of my tongue was a pungent, sour monstrosity that was reminiscent of curdle milk on a hot summer day.

Extreme variations in cost too frustrating.
We’ve enjoyed the Ocean’s Halo products we’ve tried so far (korean bbq sauce, seaweed snacks, & broths), but what is going on with the changing costs?! This broth was just 7.99 for two 32 oz. containers, now it’s increased to 14.99 for two, & I have seen it even higher than that (for two cartons of broth? Is someone crazy? . . ). The seaweed snacks vary wildly in price as well, from reasonable to insanely overpriced. I don’t know if their other items are jumping around with costs, too, but I would think it’s likely. It makes me wary about the brand. Plus, it’s too frustrating to deal with. Once we’ve found a product we enjoy, we want to be able to steadily purchase it when we want, not waste time monitoring it, waiting for the price to go back to normal. I won’t be paying the inflated prices, the products’ aren’t worth that amount, which means enjoying their products is inconvenient. I wish the costs would stay normal so we could stay steady customers. Super disappointing. I hope it changes.

Ew.
Dislike. I doctored it up with a whole can of coconut milk, some fish sauce, gochujang, and sea salt and at that point I could’ve just made my own broth. This stuff has way too much lime juice in it.

The star feature of the best soup I've ever made
Last night I made a chicken barley soup using Ocean's Halo Organic Thai Coconut Broth. My sister-in-law says it was the best soup she's ever had and she and I are convinced that the key ingredient to making it the best soup was this broth. Thank you for a wholesome addition to my soup!!!

Not good.
I have to agree with several other reviewers unfortunately this tastes really bad. I also made a pot of Thai soup and poured it down the drain
