Q: do these work on the espressotoria machine?

Our pods are compatible with the Original Series and Pixie machines from Nespresso.

Q: Since ristretto is supposed to use less water, can i press the espresso button on my essenza mini, or do i need to reprogram it so it uses less water?

This is more of a Nespresso Machine question. I would test to see the amount of water put out by your machine by pressing the espresso button with out a capsule I normally put a small measuring shot glass so I know what the output is currently brewing. You can the. Adjust from there. However, I have run this at 1 oz and 1.5 oz and it stills make a great latte and cappuccino for my tast. Love this coffee (and the price and the fact that it’s aluminum)

Q: The first order of Papua was absolutely great. The second order is very very bitter and certainly un-fruity. Has anyone experienced inconsistency?

Haven't tried Papua. My favorite is Profundo and I think it's as good as Nespresso, Peet's and Starbucks.

Q: Is there anything similar to papua new guinea available for vertuo machines?

L'OR Espresso pods only come in one size pods. They currently do not fir the Vertuo size machines.
