So I've probably cooked 12 cups of this now, and it is delicious. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn't foam while rinsing or cooking it as many do. It cooks down in about 20 minutes, and fluffs well. I've used just water, sometimes a little lemon juice added, and also vegetable broth. It's just very tasty, and makes a great side. As others have said, it's also a complete protein so for vegans it would be a great dietary addition. Just nothing bad to say about it, I will definitely buy again.

I love quinoa, but apparently, not all chenopods are created equal. I had recently used the blond/ white quinoa before because it was all i could find, and thought this would have a bit more “flavor” but it seems like i can never get this to cook properly. The texture always comes out under done no matter what proportion or cooking method i use. its still a good product and quality, but just not for me.

Quinoa from Peru. No instructions on bag, so I looked it up. Rinse quinoa 30 sec in fine seive to remove possible bitterness; Cook over medium heat 10-20 minutes until water absorbed, with lid off. Cover and let stand 5 minutes to fluff.

For the price it's affordable and a super healthy alternative to rice. Will buy again everytime I run out.

Best Quinoa on amazon, I have orderd several different brands and this by far is my favorite!!!!!
