These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

I suffer from carpal tunnel, tendinitis, tennis elbow, and fibromyalgia. And if that wasn't enough, I swell up in my hands & feet during spring summer hot weather. After much research I came upon this brand of hot/cold packs for all injuries. I ordered both the thumb/wrist pack & elbow/knee pack to test out on my right arm. I was pleasantly surprised how well it fit and the quality of hot/cold pack. Arrived on time and fit true to size. I love all the features, especially the 360 cool effect that lasted for roughly 40mins. I did have to let it sit for few minutes after taking out of freezer prior to using cause too cold, instructions said that I might have to too. Pain relief and reduced swelling was noticeable after short amount of time wearing them. Highly Recommend! I love these cold packs!

This is great! I tried using a plastic zipper bag but this is far superior. It is cold and you just slip it on. It stays put.

I'm giving this 4 stars as a wine bottle cooler, would be 5 if the top was form fitted for the neck of a bottle. It serves that purpose far better. Honestly I'd like to see a video of someone who takes this straight out of the freezer 100% cold and can keep it in their arm for longer than 2 minutes. That could either send you to the hospital or be a very effective form of torture. I wont be returning it because It is a wine bottle cooler and that's that.

Relieves the tennis elbow. Very cold sleeve. It doesn’t last long enough, but that was expected. Says it provides hot therapy as well, but no instructions for heating it. Heated in MW for 30 seconds, it was barely warm, heated another 30 seconds, it was just warm, heated another 30 seconds and it was somewhere between warm and hot therapy temp. It’s a nice cold/heat sleeve.

Great product. Better than expected. Use for tennis elbow.

sleeve works and its comfortable but it doesnt stay cold for more than a few minutes

Versatile little sleeve! I got it for my knee when I hurt it skiing, but have recently used it over my eyes (for migraines) and when trying to reduce inflammation in the morning (over my cheeks/face)10/10!!
