I have had chronic nerve pain issues for 17 years. Have been told I need another surgery. I have a prescription for mild pain med (Tramadol) and have had the heavy duty ones prescribed before in the past. I would PREFER to go the natural route for my pain and have tried most any natural alternative you can think of...seriously. Acupuncture...everything!! I have taken chinese herbs before for my pain, but they were in powder form to be mixed in warm water. I could not get past the smell or taste and stopped taking it. I recently decided to look on Amazon for natural pain relief. I found this product with no reviews and not real info. I saw the herbs were in tablet form which was encouraging to me.Now to the actual product review. When you look to buy this product it does not show the back of the bottle with dosages and ingredients. I thought for $10 I'd take a gamble. So here is what is on the bottle: "As a dietary supplement, take 6 pills 2 times a day with warm water". STOP HERE. I WOULD NOT take 6 pills of ANYTHING medicinal TO START. Most doctors ALWAYS start you on a lower dosage to see if there are any side effects or complications. I started taking 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. Found for myself, at 130 lbs., that dosage was too much for me. So what I have found is I take 2 in the am for my bad pain days and sometimes one in the afternoon. It does not take ALL my pain away just makes it manageable. I found if I take in higher dosages my heart rate goes up, so I am staying at that dosage. No side effect besides faster heart rate, BUT even a moderate amount of caffeine makes my heart go fast. So take that into consideration. I am very pleased with the results and ordered and received another bottle yesterday. By the way, they have not contacted me and are not aware I am writing this review. So in other words, I am not being paid to write this positive review. Just want to pass on the good news!!Lastly, I will list the ingredients on the back of the bottle so you may research each ingredient and find their medicinal purposes:"Myrrh 450 mg., Olibanum 450 mg., Kusnezoff Monkshood Root 450 mg., Monkshood Root 450 mgs., Rhizoma Arisaemantis 380 mgs. Serving size 6 pills (2100 mg)"One more thing. Anyone who has chronic pain will tell you they struggle with a lack of energy and focus because the pain drains them. I have noticed my energy level has been much better and my head is not so fussy and is clearing. WOO HOO!!I hope this information will help you make an informed decision on this product. I think it was been a godsend!!
