Fantastic
You can slice a roast with many knives but it is special with this one. Smooth

Soft stamped steel knife
I did not care for this knife at all. It's heavy for what it is and it looks as if it's just a piece of stamped steel. The metal is extremely soft so it does not hold an edge very long but it sharpens very easily. My cheap Chicago cutlery and Walmart knives hold an edge better than this knife did. Another thing that bothered me a bit is they stopped about 3/8" short of the edge on the heel of the knife when they ground and sharpened it. I do not recommend this to anyone and I ended up returning this one
