This product really impressed me. I’m very big on excellent workout equipment. I tend to only buy from places like rogue fitness, perform better and kettlebell kings. Unfortunately I am not able to install a rogue pull up bar at my apartment and I hate the “over the door frame” one that I had so I decided to buy this adjustable bar and let me tell you, I am SO impressed. If installed properly, the bar is extremely sturdy. I ripped the soft cushion off of the bar because I hate those and with some chalk on my hands the bar has more grip then I ever expected for this price. It’s seriously impressive. I highly recommend. Strong durable metal material and nice grip on the texture if you don’t like the soft cushion like I do.

I bought this product in April 2020. After regularly using this for over 1.5years, I lost the end caps that go on to the wall during my house relocation. I requested for the end caps to the vendor, and they responded back the same day with a confirmation to send not just the caps, but a new product. Unlike many other vendors, there were no "hidden" requests to provide a 5 star review, or any such. It goes to say what lengths these guys go to ensure customer satisfaction.

I've read a lot of the reviews and I'm really curious about so many of the negative ones. I found this bar fairly easy to install, even more so after I read the directions and played around with the bar's "extendability". Originally, when I took it out of the box, I played with extending the bar but only twisted one side of the bar. When I attempted to use the bar, it obviously didn't work correctly. After reading, it became clear that using the middle of the bar to extend BOTH ends was the correct method. After placing the bar, because of my first attempts, I was a little concerned about it's ability to hold my weight. When I extended the bar enough to hear the the first one or two "creaks". the bar was quite a bit more properly placed and I had no problem. However, like the directions state, I would not use this bar to "swing" or "kip" my pull-ups or chin-ups. The bar is also excellent to use for sit-ups as well.

This works great for granddaughter. She does her strengthening on bar. It is placed on door frame. No complaints here

Bought for my 7-yr-old daughter to do chin-ups on and to (hopefully) be able to practice chin-up pullovers on for gymnastics. Did so after reading Reviews and another reviewer said she got for her daughter to practice gymnastics on with no problems. Well, I’m here to tell you, no 7-yr-old can do anything on this bar. No one can do anything on the bar. Cause the dang thing DOESN’T STAY IN PLACE!First off, it’s too wide in diameter for a child’s hands. My daughter couldn’t maintain a grip because it was too wide, especially with the foam around it. That was unfortunate b/c that was a selling point for me since she has to cast off and that can be painful on her hips.Second, anytime she tried swinging around on it (necessary in gymnastics) the bar twisted loose and eventually came crashing down on her. Very quickly I might add. I drilled holes in my door frame to put this up the most secure way I knew how and after all that, I ended up sending it back. Because it doesn’t matter that you can secure it into the caps that are drilled into the wall if the entire bar doesn’t have a locking mechanism to prevent it from twisting once you’ve reached your desired length (the way you get it to expand or contract is by twisting both ends in opposite directions).Oh, and the “directions” are a joke. There aren’t any. You are left figuring the darn thing out for yourself. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on something better. I wish I’d saved myself trouble. In the end I got what I needed after returning this. But it was a headache I didn’t want or need!

I really wanted to love this but it chipped paint off the door frame. I weigh 123lbs and they were able to hold my weight, however, I didn't expect it to ruin my door frame... the rubbery part at the ends of the bar also keep coming off...

Originally was confused by the installation, but the best way to summarize is twist clockwise until (my) paint becomes crackled, guaranteeing the best grip!I hang like a bat on this thing at night, and honestly it can be added to the floor to do angles pushups. It’s extremely stable and seems to add that aesthetic to my dope room color scheme. It stays out of the door way as well for doors that open inwards, so you won’t be needing to remove it.

The bar is well made with a comfortable grip. Very pleased with the product. My door frame on the other hand is not as sturdy. haha

174センチ72キロの男性です。突っ張り棒みたいに設置できると思った方は、やめておいたほうがいいかも知れません。ドア枠に固定し使ってみましたが、全体重をかけた所、すぐさま落ちて背中に怪我をしてしまいました。付属のネジなどで固定しないと安全には使えないでしょう。賃貸なのでドア枠に穴を開けることは難しく、すぐに返品しました。
