I got the 2 packages, but the first one that I started, was with a bitter state…. I thought it’s the only one capsules, but the rest of the capsules were bitter too… I found one or tow of the capsules were broken. The mixed powder inside of the capsules dispersed and gave the rest of capsules this bad taste.This should not happen!

My husband actually bought these at a health food store when he was in Israel. I tell him all the time that it's the best purchase he has ever made! I have been using these for several years! I only need one, with a meal about every other day. With a meal is best, but still works otherwise, just takes longer. No cramps or anything like that. My husband has to take three when he uses them. You do have to figure out your dosage.
