My daughter and I had been really enjoying these water guns for about a month (and I have some good things to say about them in my review below), but when we went to refill them yesterday they BOTH broke when we went to unscrew the refillable bottles from the gun casings! I think the problem is that the guns and bottles are manufactured with cheap, flimsy plastic that doesn't hold up well when exposed to water for too long (which, to be honest, is a pretty serious design flaw when it comes to water guns). See the pictures of the refillable black bottles, which show how they cracked and now leak air, making the air-pressure guns useless. If I were to buy them again (which I would NOT do), I would be sure to unscrew the bottles when not in use so the plastic doesn't crack the next time I pulled them out. Bummer!Here are the good things I have to say about the guns:-EASY TO USE/REFILL: My four-year-old daughter figured out how to refill, pump, and shoot these guns after about a half hour of playing with these guns. That was perfect, since it made it more fun for her to be able to do it herself!-GREAT FOR SMALLER KIDS: The guns have a very small release nozzle, releasing a thin but high-pressure stream that goes a satisfying distance. This is good for smaller kids, since it's impossible to really hurt anyone as long as you avoid a direct shot in the eye. But I'll admit that it's a little dissatisfying for older kids or adults, since you can't really unload a ton of water on someone. It's more of a toy than a serious addition to a water fight.Other less-good things to say, aside from poor durability:-SMALL TRIGGER: The trigger is very tiny, and it will cramp up the fingers of a larger child/adult if they play for too long.-BETTER AT SHOOTING UPWARDS: The water enters the gun case through a straw-like thing that extends to the back/bottom of the refillable bottle (see picture), so as the water empties out of the gun you need to angle it upwards to keep the water pooled in the back/bottom and keep the stream of water continuous. This isn't too big of a deal since you can easily just reload, but it can get frustrating if you want to shoot downwards on a half-full (or half empty?) tank.Bottom line: While these guns were cheap and fun to play with for a while, I was certainly hoping that they'd last longer than the two weeks that the one month that they did--even getting us through the end of this summer would have been enough!

I bought these water guns to discourage a cat that fights with our semi-tame feral cat. The guns work very nicely, with about a 20-30 foot spray when fully pumped. The pumping takes a bit of time which makes them slightly less satisfying for the purpose.The more serious problem is that the reservoir bottles split along the seam. One of the pair did this almost immediately. I tried to repair the seams with gorilla tape, and that helped for a bit, but the water leached under the gorilla tape eventually and now it will not hold pressure. The second gun worked for a couple of weeks, but now it is leaking too. If I could purchase (cheaply) a bag of replacement reservoir bottles, I might do that - I would pre-support the seams with gorilla tape and see if that prevented splitting.

In most cases it probably doesn’t matter if they leak, but I bought this water gun to keep in my car to get my cats to move out of my way when I pull in my driveway lol. So it leaking on me and in my car is not ideal.

I bought these to clean my bicycle with. They work great, the narrow stream of water coming out at a high pressure is strong enough to clean the hard-to-reach parts of my bicycles' drive train. And I can also use these to blast people with water...or urine...or acetone. There's really no limit to what liquid you can put in these (unless it's an acid that will eat through the plastic).

First time using and the plastic cracked on one. The other gun doesn't work. You can pump it for a couple minutes and it will only shoot about 3 feet. Don't waste your money.Update: customer support reached out and sent me a new pair. The new guns worked prefect. No cracks in the plastic and they shot water about 20 feet. I would definitely buy again knowing that customer support will aim to keep customers happy and satisfied with their purchase

These guns are pretty much what you'd expect. You put the water in, give them a pump and then squirt. They claim to be 'the perfect gift' in the description but I'm not sure how true this is. I gave these to my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary and although he said that he liked them, he looked pretty disappointed. He got me an Australian black opal necklace from Lightning Ridge, which is absolutely stunning and everything that I could ever want. I'm starting to think that $16.95 water guns might have been a misstep on my behalf. Maybe I should have just forked out the extra money and bought him the Super Soakers. Sigh. 3 stars.

It is smaller than I thought it would be. When I got the Set both leaked and didn't work very well so I contacted the seller and they not only sent out another set free of charge but they did it in a timely manner. I would recommend just for the customer service.

These pistols hold a good amount of ammo (H2O) and I was impressed by the range/and velocity of the projectile (again, H2O). At a time when there is little good you can say about guns, these are fun! (No kids, pets, or adults were harmed while playing with these, HOWEVER, I got soaked to the bone! 🙃

Only the white gun is working. The green one doesn't work at all
