The plate works great. Expect to buy some of your own hardware.
As at least one other review has mentioned, mine came without enough short bolts, star washers, and nuts to install properly. I got "lucky" as this was the second 3-point bed leveling plate I had purchased, the first one (from another manufacturer) had holes drilled incorrectly. So I had some extra hardware and was able to install it without taking a trip to Home Depot first.The plate itself works great. Holes are drilled correctly and leveling is much easier now. But if you decide to buy, expect to need to stop by the hardware store before you can put it in.

Missing nut and lock washer
I ordered one and it's missing the 2nd nut and washer. Even the replacement one was missing them. This kit is incomplete.

Great Upgrade
I consistently had trouble getting and keeping my Ender 3 bed level with the four corners. I was able to nail it perfectly first time with this.

Any time you have to level the bed, have patience.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it was pretty easy to install. Quality of materials used in this product is also pretty good.
