Clear sound and comfortable

The sound quality is nice for this headset. However, it is a little small. Both the ear piece and the adjustable band are designed for a smaller head that mine. I am still satisfied with this purchase. One additional note to be aware that the information was lacking is it is required to have a Bluetooth dongle. This was an additional purchase, they are cheap. I just wished I knew ahead of time so I could have gotten everything all at once.

I purchased this headset trying to save money. It was a waste of time and money. It would not charge because it came coming off the docking (charging) station.

So far this headset has been perfect for my needs. I work in a call center and sometimes need to walk away from my desk. The distance on that could be better, but it's as advertised. Sound is great and doesn't drop calls. Very Happy!

This headset is not well designed. Very hard to get it to sit perfectly to get charged. The slightest movement can cause it to slip and then you won’t be able to use it the next day. That alone would be enough to return it but it had many glitches and would go on mute where people couldn’t hear me and very hard to figure out how to reset. I really need a simple reliable Bluetooth headset for work but this one just made everything harder and even the tech savy people in my team couldn’t figure out. So I requested refund and returning.

Works great with MS Teams but not compatible with ZOOM. Also if you pair to a second Bluetooth unit it’s hard to get it to pair and work with the desktop unit again as it keeps wanting to favor your phones Bluetooth. I wouldn’t buy again.

Wife needed for work and she says it’s great for music and being on hold for hours lol great product five stars

Awful. Can hardly hear people speaking, the microphone is abysmal. Can't understand how this device sounds so awful. Genuinely, it's terrible.

Never actually got to test this headset out as it was so small. I have a big head but this is ridiculously small. Build quality didn't feel great.

Disappointed with this, despite strong WiFi and blue tooth connections and close proximity, connections to phone calls and on line webinars are proving difficult as the speakers cut out every few seconds

für home office leider nicht zu gebrauchen wenn man täglich 5bis6 stunden in der Telko sitztauch wäre eine extra Stummschaltung super gewesen ohne das man mit der maus ersten malrum eiern muss vielleicht bei der kommenden Generation dran denken gerät das eineStummschaltung ohne Maus möglich ist........
