Surprisingly good Tonkatsu soup base
I really wish I knew about this years ago.It is a far better Ramen solution than the cheap stuff.I often eat true Tonkatsu Ramen in Seattle, and this is about 90% there.I like this soup base since I can use noodles of my choice.My favorite noodles are Won Ton Mein for quick Ramen
